Job Title: Personal Assistant

An international multi-family wealth management company, with an established office and professional team in Monaco, is seeking a highly motivated Personal Assistant to support the Executive Assistant in the smooth running of daily operations. Candidates must be very familiar with Monaco and ideally already resident in Monaco or living near Monaco.

The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Executive Assistant as well as the wider Monaco team. Responsibilities will cover both personal and business-related matters, requiring flexibility, discretion, and a proactive mindset.

This engagement is offered initially on a temporary basis for 4–6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role. The salary range is EUR 4,000 to EUR 4,500 per month, depending on experience.

Duties:

Personal & Lifestyle Support

  • Assist with diary and schedule coordination for both business and personal matters.
  • Organize and oversee personal appointments, events, and family activities.
  • Arrange travel itineraries and logistics, including private and commercial travel, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate with service providers, restaurants, clubs, and exclusive venues in Monaco and abroad.
  • Support with personal errands, shopping, and liaising with household and domestic staff when required.

Business & Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to senior team members and the Monaco office.
  • Prepare correspondence, documentation, and meeting materials.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Assist with expense tracking, record-keeping, and filing systems.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant, Assistant PA, or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a private client, family office, or wealth management environment.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage both personal and business matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong experience coordinating complex travel and schedules.
  • Candidates must be very familiar with life in Monaco and ideally already resident, with strong local knowledge of venues, services, and providers.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail – Able to maintain high levels of organization, accuracy, and follow-through.
  • Communication – Clear, professional, and diplomatic in both written and verbal interactions. Fluency in English, French, and Italian (spoken and written) is required.
  • Organizational Skills – Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond flexibly to changing needs, including occasional requests outside standard office hours.
  • Problem-Solving – Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs and resolve issues discreetly.

Academic

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Additional training in Executive Assistance, Office Management, or Secretarial Studies is considered an advantage.
  • Advanced IT proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite essential; familiarity with project or workflow tools beneficial).
