Job Title: Director of Food & Beverage

1- year Employment Contract (renewable)

Duties:

Develop the Food and Beverage department to ensure it is aligned to the Principals' standards and expectations.
Create innovative concepts and experiences to meet the demands of the Principal and esteemed guests.
Communicating and cooperating with all departments to coordinate service.
Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of skilled professionals, sommeliers, servers, and mixologists, to deliver exceptional service and experiences.

Experience:

Proven 10+ years of work experience in Food and Beverage with a minimum of 3 years in the same or similar role.
Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments preferably from fine dining and Michelin restaurants, 5* hotels and resorts.

Qualifications:

3 year - Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management specialized in F&B Service preferred, but not essential.
Preferable Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course.
Silver Service training.
English Language Proficiency.
