Job Title: Director of Food & Beverage
1- year Employment Contract (renewable)
Duties:
- Develop the Food and Beverage department to ensure it is aligned to the Principals' standards and expectations.
- Create innovative concepts and experiences to meet the demands of the Principal and esteemed guests.
- Communicating and cooperating with all departments to coordinate service.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising a team of skilled professionals, sommeliers, servers, and mixologists, to deliver exceptional service and experiences.
Experience:
- Proven 10+ years of work experience in Food and Beverage with a minimum of 3 years in the same or similar role.
- Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments preferably from fine dining and Michelin restaurants, 5* hotels and resorts.
Qualifications:
- 3 year - Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management specialized in F&B Service preferred, but not essential.
- Preferable Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course.
- Silver Service training.
- English Language Proficiency.
