Job Title: Assistant General Manager
1- year Employment Contract (renewable)
Duties:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, and other departments.
- Ensuring that the properties are running efficiently and providing a high level of service to the principal and their guests.
- Implementing and maintaining quality standards to meet or exceed the principal's and their guests' expectations.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff at various levels.
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment to enhance staff morale and productivity.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Resort GM or Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager.
- Overall minimum of 15 years experience in hospitality roles.
- Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments from 5* hotels, resorts or luxury cruise lines.
Qualifications:
- Degree in hospitality or tourism.
- English Language proficiency.
