Job Title: Housekeeping Manager
1- year Employment Contract (renewable)
Duties:
- Managing a team of Housekeeping and Laundry Attendants and Supervisors ensuring the highest level of standards are met.
- Communicating and cooperating with all departments.
- Employee selection, recruiting, interviewing and performing a set of administrative duties.
- Overseeing the staff performance by ensuring the efficient running of housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Developing, implementing and continually reviewing the housekeeping and laundry policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Housekeeping and Laundry; 5 years of which in Housekeeping Management roles that include overseeing Laundry Operations.
- Experience from luxury, exclusive and unique environments preferably from 5* properties, cruises, or yachts.
Qualifications:
- Degree in hospitality or tourism.
- English Language proficiency.
