Job Title: Food & Beverage Team Leader

Duties:
- Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth service and guest engagement.
- Provide hands-on support to servers during service periods.
- Ensure team readiness before each shift through briefings and setup checks.
- Uphold service protocols, grooming standards, and overall staff discipline.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to coordinate timely service delivery.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage in a similar role.
- Background in luxury hospitality settings such as fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private estates.
- Demonstrated ability to support high-level service and manage guest expectations in discreet, high-standard environments.
Qualifications:
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course completion is an advantage.
- Formal Silver Service training.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
