Job Title: Food & Beverage Team Leader

1- year Employment Contract (renewable)

Duties:

• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring smooth service and guest engagement.
• Provide hands-on support to servers during service periods.
• Ensure team readiness before each shift through briefings and setup checks.
• Uphold service protocols, grooming standards, and overall staff discipline.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to coordinate timely service delivery.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage in a similar role.
• Background in luxury hospitality settings such as fine dining establishments, Michelin-starred restaurants, 5-star hotels, or private estates.
• Demonstrated ability to support high-level service and manage guest expectations in discreet, high-standard environments.

Qualifications:

• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or Food Handling Course completion is an advantage.
• Formal Silver Service training.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
