Duties:

• Deliver impeccable hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each guest’s individual needs.
• Provide professional consultations to assess hair type, condition, and client preferences before recommending suitable treatments or styles.
• Recommend and execute hairstyles that align with current fashion trends, seasonality, and guest lifestyle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic salon environment in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests by offering a warm, attentive, and discreet service experience.
• Stay updated on the latest haircare products, tools, and styling techniques through ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with stylists, makeup artists, and other grooming professionals during high-profile events or private engagements.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-end hair or beauty salon environment.
• Proven track record working in luxury settings such as VIP events, fashion weeks, private households, or with ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Experience handling bespoke grooming requests with discretion and adaptability.

Qualifications:

• Recognized diploma or certification in hairdressing, with specialization in color and/or styling techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of haircare products and tools from premium or luxury brands.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and understanding of luxury service etiquette.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
