Job Title: Assistant PA
A prestigious and well-established family office, based in Monaco, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant PA to support the current Personal Assistant in the smooth running of daily operations. Candidates must be very familiar with Monaco and ideally already resident in Monaco.

The Assistant PA will provide seamless support to the Office Manager/PA, and the rest of the office team. Responsibilities will span both personal and business matters, requiring flexibility, discretion, and a proactive approach.
The client has expressed that they will be highly selective in their choice of candidate. The role offers a starting salary of EUR5,000 per month.
Duties:
Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Assist with complex diary and schedule management, including both business and private commitments.
- Organize and oversee personal appointments, events, and family activities.
- Arrange luxury travel and logistics, including private jet and yacht charters, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate with service providers, restaurants, clubs, and exclusive venues in Monaco and abroad.
- Support in personal shopping, household errands, and liaising with domestic staff when required.
Business & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the family office and senior team members.
- Prepare correspondence and meeting documentation.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
- Assist with expense management, record-keeping, and filing systems.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a PA, Assistant PA, or Executive Assistant role, ideally within a family office.
- Strong track record of handling both business and private matters with professionalism.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex itineraries.
- Candidates must be very familiar with Monaco and ideally already resident, with an established local knowledge of the region, venues, and service providers.
Qualifications:

- Attention to Detail – Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, travel planning, and correspondence.
- Communication – Clear, professional, and diplomatic in both written and verbal interactions. Fluency, both verbal and written, in English and French is required.
- Organizational Skills – Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, under pressure and to deadlines. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to respond to requests outside of standard office hours.
- Problem-Solving – Proactive and resourceful, able to anticipate needs and resolve issues quickly and discreetly.
Academic
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Additional training or certifications in Executive Assistance, Secretarial Studies, or Office Management considered an advantage.
- Advanced IT literacy (Microsoft Office Suite essential; project management tools desirable).
