Job Title: Organization and Workforce Transformation Associates and Principals (Project Consulting Contract)
Our client is a consulting services provider with significant on-going projects. They require to expand their team and are looking for talented Associates and Principals passionate about leading organizational transformation projects for clients based in Saudi Arabia. The contractual assignments range in duration but typically are for six months and renewable. The position is on a project contract basis. The contractor will pay a salary range from USD10,000 to USD15,000 per month depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties:
- Oversee and deliver work streams within transformation projects, including culture and change management, organization design, workforce planning, HR transformation, employee assessments and selection, and job enhancement strategies.
- Lead projects to meet the highest quality standards, tight deadlines, and demanding client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for business development by contributing innovative solutions and strategies to enhance Mercer’s regional impact.
- Participate in or lead proposal development and sales activities to drive new business.
- Adapt to dynamic project requirements and collaborate with passionate and dedicated colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Experience:
- 4 - 10 years of experience in Organization Development, Workforce Planning, HR Transformation, and Change Management, ideally within HR Consulting or a related consulting field.
- Have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects across multiple sectors.
- Demonstrate experience in leading client engagements, managing project teams, and meeting performance objectives.
- Possess strong research, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities, with a balance of both quantitative and qualitative expertise.
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present ideas effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, or a relevant discipline from a reputable university.
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred) from a recognized institution.
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or BPS, or a commitment to ongoing professional education in relevant fields.
- Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic is strongly preferred.
- Strong sense of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
- Proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for solving complex problems and mentoring junior team members.
