Job Description
Job Title: Corporate Services Administrator
1- year Employment Contract (renewable)
Remote work with possibility of fully expensed travel to work at the company location in Malta for a limited period per year.
Duties:
- Perform bookkeeping and financial administration tasks.
- Develop and maintain AML and CFT compliance measures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain corporate service documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial administration.
- Familiarity with AML and CFT regulations and compliance measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Finance.
- Knowledge of AML and CFT regulations.
- Strong understanding of corporate services procedures.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for financial and corporate service management.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
