Job Title: Spa Manager

1- year Employment Contract (renewable)
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of spa and wellness areas, ensuring luxury standards, cleanliness, and seamless service across all facilities.
- Supervise maintenance of equipment and spaces, and enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Develop and implement SOPs, treatment protocols, and wellness programs aligned with guest expectations and current trends.
- Manage treatment scheduling, guest flow, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery.
- Lead, train, and evaluate spa staff, fostering a culture of discretion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally (HR, Housekeeping, F&B, Security) to ensure smooth, integrated guest experiences.
- Perform treatments when needed and remain available to travel or relocate as per operational needs.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in spa management within a luxury hotel, wellness retreat, or private estate.
- Proven success in team leadership, guest satisfaction, and high-end service delivery.
- Strong background in spa therapies and wellness operations.
- Experience managing inventory, suppliers, and booking systems.
- Comfortable working in UHNW or VIP environments with high discretion.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Spa Management, Wellness, or Hospitality (CIDESCO, ITEC, or equivalent).
- Hands-on expertise in massage, beauty, or wellness therapies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Maintains a calm, professional presence under pressure.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
